SUMMARY OF THE PLENARY SESSION MARCH 28, 2025

1. Extrajudicial Recognition of Credits and Transfer of Credits.
   On this point, the Socialist Party voted in favor because we fully agree that each and every one of the City Council's suppliers should be paid, especially when these are, on the one hand, from a supplier with outstanding invoices from July 2023 to January 2024 and, on the other hand, with an outstanding invoice from October 2024.
2. Resolution of the allegations of the company that was to carry out the works "Multi-purpose building.
   We regret the obstacles of the contractor who unilaterally halted the works despite favorable technical reports to continue.
   At the time of the halt in 2022, the modification of the project entailed an increase in the initial budget of 8.47% and, as of today, it represents 28.35%, and this will continue to increase each year.
3. Requests and questions:
   • We request information on whether the sports infrastructure and equality subsidies for 2025 had been requested: the response The reason is that these grants have NOT been requested.
   • We have asked why there are no bags for pet waste: we have been told that they will be put out to tender again.
   • We have explained why workers were cleaning furniture and belongings in the garage where the fire occurred, when the cleaning work was awarded to an outside company.
   • We have asked them for information about the municipal vehicles that were in the burned-out garage: they have told us that they were taken to a scrapyard.
   • We have seen a decree appointing a lawyer and solicitor for a claim by the company that installed the turf on the soccer field, and we have been informed that the company is claiming interest for the delay, of almost a year, in the payment of its August 2023 invoice.
